These Terms and Conditions govern your enrolment and participation in courses offered by Samabhavana Vocational Training Institute (operated by Samabhavana NGO). By submitting an admission form or paying any course fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

 

1. Eligibility

Courses are open to individuals who have completed at least Class 12 (HSC) or equivalent. The institute reserves the right to verify educational qualifications prior to confirming enrolment.

 

2. Course Enrolment

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full registration fee and submission of required documents.
• Batch allocation (morning, afternoon, or evening) is subject to availability at the time of enrolment.
• The institute reserves the right to merge, reschedule, or cancel a batch if minimum enrolment thresholds are not met. Affected students will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund.

 

3. Fees

• MS-CIT & Accounts Track: Course Fee ₹30,000 + Registration Fee ₹5,000 = Total ₹35,000
• Graphic Design Track: Course Fee ₹30,000 + Registration Fee ₹5,000 = Total ₹35,000
• Digital Marketing Track: Course Fee ₹40,000 + Registration Fee ₹5,000 = Total ₹45,000

Fees are subject to revision for new batches. The fee applicable to your batch is fixed at the time of enrolment and will not change during your course duration.

 

4. Attendance

A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for certification. Students falling below this threshold will not be eligible to appear for certification exams administered by MKCL, Tally Solutions, or MBTB. No fee refund will be provided for ineligibility due to poor attendance.

 

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour towards trainers, staff, and fellow students. The institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrolment of any student who:

• Engages in disruptive, abusive, or threatening behaviour.
• Indulges in academic dishonesty or cheating during assessments.
• Damages institute property or equipment.

In such cases, no refund of fees will be provided.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, study guides, presentations, and content provided during the course are the intellectual property of the institute or its licensed partners. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without prior written consent.

 

7. Certification

Certifications are issued by MKCL, Tally Solutions, and MBTB upon successful completion of examinations and fulfilment of their respective eligibility criteria. The institute facilitates exam registration but cannot guarantee certification outcomes. Exam fees, where applicable, are separate from course fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

8. Liability

The institute is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from course participation, including but not limited to employment outcomes, loss of income, or business disruption. The institute’s total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid by the student.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
