This policy outlines the conditions under which Samabhavana Vocational Training Institute will process refunds and cancellations. Please read this carefully before completing your enrolment.

Registration Fee
The Registration Fee of ₹5,000 (applicable to all courses) is non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee covers administrative processing, seat reservation, and document verification.

Course Fee Refund Schedule
Refunds on the course fee (excluding the non-refundable registration fee) are processed as follows:
- Cancellation within 7 days of fee payment: 50% refund of course fee.
- Cancellation between 8 and 15 days of fee payment: 20% refund of course fee.
- Cancellation after 15 days of fee payment: No refund.
- Cancellation after course commencement (first class attended): No refund, regardless of the date of payment.
The date of payment, not the date of course commencement, is used to calculate the refund window.

Batch Transfer
Students who wish to transfer to a different batch (morning, afternoon, or evening) within the same course may do so once, free of charge, subject to seat availability. A second transfer request will incur an administrative fee of ₹500. Batch transfers are not available after 30 days from the course commencement date.

Institute-Initiated Cancellation
If the institute cancels a batch before commencement due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the registration fee. Alternatively, students may opt to transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, the student or guardian must:
- Submit a written refund request via email to info@samabhavana.institute or in person at our Airoli centre.
- Include the student’s full name, course name, batch timing, date of payment, and reason for cancellation.
- Attach the original fee receipt.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Student fails to meet minimum attendance requirements.
- Student is suspended or expelled for misconduct.
- Student voluntarily withdraws after 15 days of payment or after the course has commenced.
- Failure to appear for or failure in certification examinations.
